Packaging for lyophilized peptide powder must suit the material, batch size, shipment and intended business use. A clean vial image on a website is only an illustration. The actual container, fill amount, closure and label should be agreed in the purchase specification.
Information to exchange
Share the target pack size, sampling plan, storage conditions and destination market. Ask how the container closure, moisture protection and transport packaging are selected. For private-label or OEM projects, define who approves artwork and how batch identifiers appear on each level of packaging.
Traceability matters
Labels and accompanying records should let a purchaser connect a shipped unit to its batch documentation. Discuss handling instructions and shelf-life evidence where relevant. Do not assume that a generic container type or cold-chain statement applies to every peptide.
